Nea Stella (7)
I hope you enjoyed this adventure as much as I did. Actually it would be great to hear feed back, I don’t know what people are thinking of my work. Again I would like to thank Martin Trokenheim for letting me take one of his character drawings and allowing me to name her and bring her to life, and for letting me create a snapshot of a story with her. Who knows what will happen to Nea Stella? Maybe she will be back again, if not by me, maybe someone else.
Really enjoyed this, and all your stuff. Your art has a charming retro feel a la Pogo or Archy and Mehitabel, and the stories always hook me. I just wish you’d take them on longer jaunts, there’s clearly a lot more to this universe and Captian Nea Stella’s adventures.
Thanks so much for letting me know, Captain Nea isn’t my charater so I was hesitant to delve to much into her, But maybe I should start posting more here. Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment, it sometimes feels no one is reading.
I really enjoyed this little vignette and would have loved to see what happens next. I always come running with the RSS feed alerts me that you have uploaded something new.
Thank you . I will talk to Martin Trodenheim about this, maybe doing a story. This was an unexpected journey. I had plans for another story this winter already. involving Aldous’s Brothers the biologists, and maybe a story with Christopher Baldwin as well. I also want to settle up some things in Road apples, tie off the story plots I established. I am very glad to hear you are enjoying my work. thank you for letting me know. it means a lot.
I’m another who keeps an eye on this page, and love it when something new appears. Nea Stella was fun, and I’d really love to see some more of Road Apples.
Thanks Amy, I guess maybe I should get my head back into that. 🙂 thanks so much for letting me know.
Anything you want to do with Christopher Baldwin would also be welcome, but honestly – everything I’ve seen you work on over the years has been fun. If you ever want to put together a collection, I’ll get right in line to buy a copy.
Ok Amy, i will start sonething soon. the encouragement was nice to hear.
I’m rather late but it was a great little sidetrack
